Data is used to provide the service, authenticate users, process subscriptions, generate reports, send transactional email, and improve reliability. AI features on Pro process organisation-scoped expense summaries — not arbitrary third-party data exports.

Sharing

We use infrastructure and payment providers (for example hosting, email, and billing) under appropriate agreements. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention & security

Workspace data is scoped per organisation. We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and industry-standard practices to protect your information. You may request account deletion from settings.
